Danse Encore the dance is a "line dance" to the tune Danse Encore by the French/Argyrian artist HK. The choreography is made by Mikkel Meinike Nielsen, who is behind a number of events that combine dance, party and music with what he himself calls deception-recognizing and deception-investigating activism. The inspiration for the Danse Encore dance is taken from a series of large flash mobs that were made in Paris and then in many cities and countries in Europe. See the video recording of one of these large flasmobs here.
"DANCER ENCORE" - Flashmob - Gare de l'Est"
These flash mobs were a poetic/musical critique of the covid lockdowns and all the rules and restrictions our society was subjected to.
The Covid shutdown and the Covid restrictions have now been lifted in most places in the world, but the message to be free from oppression, to be able to dance freely again is still relevant.
The dance is therefore a critique of corrupt and manipulative authorities and media both in Denmark, France and in the rest of the world, but it is also a tribute to dance, joy of life and people's ability to see through lies and stand up for what they believe in and want. .

Genre French protest song
Danser encore is a song by the singer HK (stage name of Kaddour Hadadi) released in December 2020.
The song has been used to create flash mobs in France and in several other countries as part of a mobilization against the Covid-19 measures.
When Kaddour Hadadi, with the stage name HK, was to present a show with his group in Avignon, it was canceled by the authorities. It was during the Covid crisis and it was canceled on the grounds that it was deemed "non-essential". It was out of that experience that the idea to create a song arose.
HK, remembers the very night he composed it: "It was at the time of the announcement of the second "lock-in" that I was rehearsing a show in a residence in Avignon with friends, and then our show was canceled because we were not considered to be essential. On the contrary, we believe that we are all essential. It is a terrible message being sent to us, as if in France we could only work and consume. And it is wrong to say that we can do nothing else.
The song was recorded live on 11 December 2020 in the streets of Avignon and released that day on social networks, as a protest against the health measures taken by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic.
On January 14, 2021, HK released the studio version of the song for download on their website.
The lyrics allude to Emmanuel Macron when HK talks about "Monsieur le bon Roi (good Mr. King)". The song condemns authoritarian measures: "Each whiff of security for our self-confidence to fly away, they show so much insistence on limiting our conscience".
The track was number 24 in single sales on iTunes in France.
The track has since been used during flash mobs in 2021. One took place in March 2021 at Gare du Nord.
Another flash mob was launched on April 8 at Gare de l'Est. These gatherings arouse controversy, on the one hand, HK claims not to send a demonstration against the shutdown and never to be the cause of an illegal gathering. On the other hand, the health authorities point out that the group's concerts and festive gatherings, without masks or respect for social distancing, can still cause the spread of infection. In April 2021, HK filed a general flash mob notice throughout France, every Saturday at noon.
In July 2021, the song was used as an anthem during protests against the health card.
To avoid misuse of the bed, HK insists that it must be considered in accordance with anti-racist values, non-violence and that it must not be used by political parties.
Danser Encore
-Refrain-
--
Nous sommes des oiseaux de passage
Jamais dociles ni vraiment sages
Nous ne faisons pas allégeance
À l'aube en toutes circonstances
Nous venons briser le silence
Et quand le soir à la télé
Monsieur le bon roi a parlé
Venu annoncer la sentence
Nous faisons preuve d'irrévérence
Mais toujours avec élégance
-Refrain-
Auto-métro-boulot-conso
Auto attestation qu'on signe
Absurdité sur ordonnance
Et malheur à celui qui pense
Et malheur à celui qui danse
Chaque mesure autoritaire
Chaque relent sécuritaire
Voit s'envoler notre confiance
Ils font preuve de tant d'insistance
Pour confiner notre conscience
-Refrain-
Ne soyons pas impressionnables
Par tous ces gens déraisonnables
Vendeurs de peur en abondance
Sachons les tenir à distance
Angoissants, jusqu'à l'indécence
Pour notre santé mentale
Sociale et environnementale
Nos sourires, notre intelligence
Ne soyons pas sans résistance
Les instruments de leur démence
-Refrain-

To keep on dancing
Chorus:1
We want to keep on dancing
See our thoughts embrace our bodies
Spend our lives on a chord grid
Oh, no no no no no no
We want to keep on dancing
See our thoughts embrace our bodies
Spend our lives on a chord grid
--
We are birds of passage
Never docile nor really wise
We do not pledge allegiance
At dawn in all circumstances
We come to break the silence
And when in the evening on TV
The good king has spoken
Come to announce the sentence
We show irreverence
But always with elegance
-Chorus-
Drive, subway, work, purchase
Self-attestation that we sign
Nonsense on prescription
And woe to the one who thinks
And woe to the one who dances
Every measure of authority
Every whiff of security
Sees our confidence vanish
They show so much insistence
To confine our conscience
-Chorus-
Let's not be impressed
By all these unreasonable people
Sellers of fear in abundance
Harrowing to the point of indecency
Let's keep them at bay
For our mental health
Our social and environmental well-being
Our smiles, our intelligence
Let's not be without resistance
The instruments of their insanity.
-Chorus-
With best regards
