Why are we dancing in the street in front of the Dutch embassy in Copenhagen?
During 2022, the Dutch farmers have been exposed to heavy sanctions from the authorities. More than 11,000 farms have been closed.
The state justifies the radical intervention by the fact that agriculture emits too much nitrogen, but it is my opinion and that of many others that there is another agenda behind it. An agenda which is about gaining control over food production and being able to create food scarcity. Why the authorities in the Netherlands and in most other countries want to create food shortages in their populations requires a longer elaboration, but broadly it is about creating momentum for a radical restructuring of our society also called "The Great Reset".
The Dutch farmers have reacted with great force to the intervention of the authorities and have been demonstrated intensely all over the Netherlands. The rest of the Dutch population has also been preoccupied with the things that happened and everyone in the Netherlands knows about the matter surrounding agriculture and the intervention of the authorities. There are two symbols in particular that have been important in the Dutch peasant revolt. Red (cowboy) scarves and the Dutch flag upside down (blue at the top instead of red)
As a tribute and support for the Dutch peasant uprising, we dance outside the Dutch embassy in Copenhagen.
The music we dance to is made by the band Dolly and is called De Boer - No farmers no food. It is the official battle song of the Peasants' Rebellion and it is based on Billy Ray Cyrus' smash hit "Achy Breaky Heart".
choreography is a four corner line dance in true country and western style. The choreography includes red cowboy scarves. The same red scarves that are used as a symbol of the Dutch peasant revolt.
With this initiative, we hope to help spread joy and encouragement to the Dutch farmers in their struggle to be allowed to produce good food.
